RR Automotive I, LLC, d/b/a Meineke Bear Creek, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Target

We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments. This statement reflects our ongoing efforts; we recognize that some content may not yet fully meet that target and we welcome feedback on where we can improve.

Measures We Take

• Sufficient color contrast in both dark and light themes (tested against WCAG AA ratios)
• Full keyboard navigation across all interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields)
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked as such

• Responsive layout that adapts to a wide range of viewport sizes and zoom levels (tested up to 200%)
• Reduced-motion support: animations and transitions are minimized for users with prefers-reduced-motion set
• Form fields with associated visible labels and clear instructions
• Skip-to-main-content link for keyboard and screen-reader users

Testing Methodology

Accessibility on this Site is reviewed using a combination of automated and manual checks:

• Automated audits via Lighthouse and axe DevTools during development
• Keyboard-only navigation testing through all primary user flows (booking, calling, browsing services)
• Screen-reader spot-checks with macOS VoiceOver on Safari and NVDA on Firefox
• Color-contrast verification across both dark and light themes
• Zoom and responsive checks at 100%, 150%, and 200% browser zoom

Known Limitations

We strive for full conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA, but we acknowledge the following known limitations:

• Third-party booking widget (ShopGenie): the appointment-booking modal embedded on our site is provided by an external vendor and is not fully under our control. While we have requested accessibility improvements from ShopGenie, some elements of that experience may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Embedded Google Map: the interactive map embed on our location pages is provided by Google and inherits the accessibility characteristics of that service. A textual address with directions link is provided as an alternative.

Physical Accessibility

Our shop location at 4696 Hwy 6 N is ADA-compliant with accessible parking spaces near the entrance, an accessible entry route, and accessible restroom facilities.
