These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of meinekebearcreek.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who Operates This Site

This Site is operated by RR Automotive I, LLC (Texas filing #805525864), d/b/a "Meineke Bear Creek," an independently owned and operated franchisee of Meineke Franchisor SPV LLC operating Meineke Car Care Center #3002 at 4696 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77084. The Site is provided for informational purposes and to enable customers to learn about and schedule automotive services at our location.

Appointments and Scheduling

Online appointment requests are subject to shop availability. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until you receive confirmation from us. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to staffing, equipment availability, parts availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Coupons and Promotional Offers

• Coupons and promotional offers are subject to change or discontinuation without notice.
• Offers are valid only at Meineke Bear Creek (Store #3002), 4696 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77084.
• Cannot be combined with other discounts, fleet pricing, or warranty work unless explicitly stated.
• One coupon per customer per visit. Offer must be mentioned or presented at the time of write-up — not redeemable after service.
• Discount amounts apply to standard retail pricing and may exclude certain vehicle types, services, or premium parts.
• Brake offers apply per axle. Tax, shop supplies, and disposal fees are extra.
• Meineke Credit Card and Car Care One financing offers are subject to credit approval by the respective lender.

Pricing

Prices shown on the Site or quoted by phone are estimates only. Final pricing is determined at the time of service after vehicle inspection. We will provide you with a written estimate before performing any work that exceeds the originally quoted amount, and we will not exceed a written authorization without your consent.

Service Warranties

Qualifying repairs performed at our location may be covered under Meineke's national warranty program, including the Meineke nationwide warranty on parts and labor. Specific warranty terms, durations, and exclusions are disclosed in writing on your invoice at the time of service. The Site does not modify, expand, or replace any written warranty provided to you in connection with a specific service.

Prohibited Uses

When using the Site, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or any user account
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers other than search-engine indexers) to harvest content from the Site
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Submit false vehicle information or booking requests in bad faith
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to circumvent security features
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

Intellectual Property

The Meineke name, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of Meineke Franchisor SPV LLC and are used by us under franchise license. Site content unique to this location (photographs of our facility, original copy, and the franchisee-developed design of this Site) is owned by RR Automotive I, LLC or used under license. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of Site content is prohibited.

Third-Party Services

This Site uses third-party services including Google Ads, Google Maps, and ShopGenie (for appointment scheduling). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, in addition to ours. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services, although we select them with reasonable care.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event will RR Automotive I, LLC, its officers, members, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Actual service warranties for repairs performed at our location are governed by the written documents provided to you at the time of service and are not limited by this Section.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RR Automotive I, LLC, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates, from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
